President Obama Calls Kanye West A Jackass ....... Again

President Obama is still not one of Kanye West's fans. Obama famously called Kanye a Jackass for interrupting Taylor Swift's 2009 MTV video awards acceptance speech (she won an award....... Kanye felt Beyonce deserved the award) . When the issue came up again in his interview with The Atlantic , he stood by what he said earlier.

Obama: “Although, I like Kanye … He’s a Chicago guy. Smart. He’s very talented.”

Reporter: “Even though you called him a jackass?”

Obama: “He is a jackass. But he’s talented.”
