I saw this picture of a 12 year old girl who was allegedly raped to death by suspected ritualists/ gang members on my Facebook wall today.
I always feel hurt ... deeply hurt when I hear of stories like this.
When the safety and protection of a female child can not be guaranteed, then the nation is in serious trouble.
