Remember I gisted you guys that Bow Wow's baby mama video vixen Joie Chavis initially refused to put his name on their child’s birth certificate because he neglected her during child birth. It seems they have kissed and made up…at least for the sake of the child. Little Shia (that is the little angel’s name) just turned one and both Bow Wow and Joie threw a Mickey Mouse party for her.
