These are not the best of times for Ernest Ndukwe the immediate past vice chairman of telecommunications regulatory body NCC.
The man who was responsible for the revolution in the telecommunications sector in Nigeria is reportedly bereaved. He lost his first and only son Ernest Jr a few weeks ago in the US.
The very sad thing about his loss is that apart from the fact that Ernest jnr is his only son, according to gossip magazine Glitterati, the formerNCC boss only got to know about his son's existence a few years ago.
Mr Ndukwe is said to have fathered Ernest jnr while he was a student at the University of Ibadan but, was never informed of his son's existence until a few years back.
So sad! May his soul RIP.
