Beyonce's Pregnancy Reveal Sets Twitter Record Of 8900 Per Second.....Guess Who Wants To Be The godfather

The announcement by Beyonce that she is pregnant  has, set a new world record on social networking site twiiter. There were here  8,868 tweets per second concerning her pregnancy, a record for the site.

Now i am more than sure that if she decides to sell the exclusive first pictures of the child when he/she is born to a magazine it will beat Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's record of $14M.

According to the Sun Newspaper  “Kanye is as excited about the baby as Beyonce and Jay-Z.

“He’s been saying he’s going to be godfather and is absolutely thrilled. It will be a huge honor for him.”

Wiz Kid Battles D'banj At The MOBOs

The organisers of  Music Of Black Origin Awards aka MOBO  has just announced the nominees for this year's awards and flying the Nigerian flag are D'banj, Seun Kuti and Wiz Kid. Others include Spoek Mathambo, Liquid Deep (South Africa) ,Cheikh Lo, Fatoumata Diawara, Owiny Sigoma Band, Smod and Viewux Farka Toure . They above mentioned artists are  the nominees in this year's Best Africa Act Category. 


Nigerian born Tinie Tempah was equally nominated in another category.

The event which will be Co-hosted by Jason Durelo  is scheduled to  take place on Oct. 5 in Glasgow, Scotland.

When I first knew that ABS-CBN was doing a "Maria La Del Barrio" Pinoy version, I wondered who Luis Fernando will be.

I was able to see maybe all the Thalia telenovelas so I have huge expectations on any other renditions of them.

But when I knew that Enchong Dee was portraying Luis Fernando, I was like "What?!"

I am sorry but just look at the original Luis Fernando:

He is Fernando Colunga.

Blazin New Artist: Playbouy ft Brymo....... Playbouy(Audio)

Playbouy is a hot new rapper under the management of 411 entertainment. The rapper just released a self titled single 'Playbouy' featuring Chocolate City's Brymo. 

The single which is his third  off  his 'Welcome to Playtown' album was also written by the artist and Brymo.

Nigerian Airforce plane rescued in Britain

Not Actual Jet

Nigerian AirForce Hercules C-130 transport aircraft which was on routine maintenance trip to the United Kingdom reportedly lost radio communication of France midair last Saturday according to an online report.

Two British Royal Airforce jet fighters were then called in to escort the aircraft to its destination.

The aircraft left Aminu Kano International Airport enroute to Cambridge in the UK. The loss of radio communication meant its mission and coordinates could not be ascertained.

According to UK RAF officials, two airforce jets were immediately scrambled to intercept and escort the aircraft first from France jet fighters and then two RAF jet fighters took over as soon as the aircraft entered the UK airspace and escorted it to the Cambridge airport on Saturday.

The aircraft landed without incident but the crew were briefly screened by the police before maintenance paperwork were concluded by Marshall Aerospace company which will handle the scheduled maintenance expected to last four months.

Why We All Should Own a Blackberry

My friends have been encouraging me to get a Blackberry.

A few months ago, I didn't need any other phone because I was pretty much contented with the phone I have.

But when I knew about the Blackberry messenger pin, I wanted to get one immediately! It lets you chat, send pictures/videos with other Blackberry users for free!

I actually need a phone now since I was held up last Friday and my three phones were taken. :-(

The Blackberry has everything I needed in a phone and more.

My First Ever Shoot!

Okay so the title's actually the first ever real shoot I've been invited to blog about.

OMG I've spent maybe an hour to think of which guy to put on this post!

So there, I just would like to share my happiness being on that shoot.

It's for a big company that I've been blogging about for a couple of months already. I just can't give any more info as it's confidential.

It was just not the perfect blogger experience for me cuz, if you're not aware, I've been mugged last Friday. I didn't have a decent digicam to use. I was informed about the shoot 2 days ago. Then I tried to borrow digicams from my friends but since I've lost my phones, I had limited friends to contact. So when I brought my old cam on the shoot, it failed me! Kakahiya kay Benjamin T... (He's the first guy I shot).

Everyone was so wonderful and nice! I'd like to say thanks to my fairy godmother Ms. Ayen for inviting me!

A few months ago, I asked myself, why am I blogging? I am not getting money from it.

Then it came to me. Blogging is just a hobby. It's what I want. It's what makes me happy!

One day before the shoot, I said to myself, is this for real? Am I really going to a real shoot?

I still didn't believe it this morning, while I was on my way to the venue.

Til I saw the studio at past 11am and quietly entered the room.

I was shaking when I saw what's happening. There it was, they've already started doing the pictorials!

I was introduced first to my most blogged male model, then to the other staff and models. :)

I don't know if it's safe to tell the names of the models on the shoot but pretty much, I've already blogged about them here. There were just about a few of them that I've not written about cuz they're new or I don't have info about them.

And yeah, the above pictured guy is one of them. I chose him cuz I haven't featured him on my blog yet.

Honestly, I don't want to wash my right hand for the next few weeks! LOL!

About my digicam problem, I was able to find a way to get pictures so please hang on for the new pics to come out this week!

The official Behind-The-Scenes pics will be released during the campaign.

Hmmm... I guess that's it. I'll just have to blog tomorrow again.

Gosh. I am just so happy that even though my blog hasn't been around for a year, great things start to happen.

As earlier reported on this site, People Magazine got the exclusives to Kim Kardashian's wedding pics and here they are.

I love her gowns but I prefer the second set (the one on the right). As for her sisters' gowns... they looked stunning in them. The colour scheme of black and white is equally lovely........ especially in the venue deco. However I am not a big fan of the cake, too plain for my liking, no wow! factor to it. Expected to see something elaborate.

I  must confess she looked stunning though.
