The news of Ojukwu's death was hot this week with reports that the respected igbo leader had passed to the great beyond.
His son Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu however took to his facebook page on Wednesday August 10, 2011 to reveal the true state of his father's health.
"My father is ill but alive. The stories about his passing are untrue. Thanks for all your prayers and concern".
