According to a source, the child had two bulging eyes and few strands of hair on the forehead. The baby had no brain instead the back of the head was open with mucus inside instead of the brain.
Ekiti state's commissioner for health Dr Wole Orlugboji confirmed the delivery.
The dead baby was disposed off with the consent of it's dad and the mother was prevented from seeing it so as not to traumatize her.
