It is finally confirmed, Heart and Daniel officially break up.
It has been a long time that a lot of people have been talking about their relationship status being rocky, but it is only now that they have ended it.
This has been confirmed by the two's tweets:
Poor Daniel. It looks like he's really heart-broken while Heart looks like she thinks that she made the right decision.

As for now, that is the only thing I know about their break up.
