The police charged him to court before the presiding Magistrate, Mrs. A. K. Shonubi for felony punishable under Section 21 of the Criminal Code Law of Lagos State of Nigeria, 2003 even though no evidence was found against him of intention to commit felony.
But during his arraignment, Emmanuel said he had pretended to be a family friend to enable him sneak into the house and his plan was to have fun with the woman.
He pleaded guilty.
Police arraigned Emmanuel before the court for allegedly sneaking into his neighbour’s residence at 86, Ojo Road, Ajegunle, Lagos.

He was alleged to have stayed inside the room while carousing Faith on the bedside, trying to lure her for sex, P.M.NEWS gathered.
The shocked woman stood up and raised an alarm that attracted their neighbours.
He hurriedly left the room without accomplishing his mission.
When the woman’s husband returned from work, she narrated to him what happened.
The man went to the police station and reported that Emmanuel entered his room when his wife was alone with intention to commit felony.
Emmanuel was arrested and later docked.
The matter has been adjourned till 6 February 2012 for facts and sentence.
